FAQ
What is "all-or-nothing"?
If the campaign meets its goal, contributions are collected and the creator receives the funds. Otherwise, no card is charged and contributions stay available in My Pocket.
What is My Pocket?
If a campaign you back fails, your contribution is kept as credit in My Pocket. You can use it to back another project or request a refund.
What's fund2start's fee?
5% of collected amount, only if your campaign succeeds. No registration fee, no hidden costs. VIVID Money processing fees (around 1.4% + 0.25 ) are extra.
When does the creator receive funds?
About 14 days after a successful campaign end, the time to process payments and handle any card failures.
