2. Registration

Registration is free and open to natural persons of legal age (18+) and legal entities. You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and undertake to keep it up to date.

3. Funding mechanism

fund2start operates on an "all-or-nothing" basis: if a project's collection goal is met at the end of the campaign, contributions are collected and transferred to the project creator (minus fees). Otherwise, no contribution is charged and pledges are kept in the contributor's "My Pocket" area, who can use them to back another project or request a refund.

4. Fees

fund2start charges 5% commission on the amount collected only if the project meets its goal. VIVID Money processing fees (around 1.4% + 0.25 per transaction) are extra. No registration fee, no hidden costs.

5. Creator obligations

The project creator undertakes to: (a) provide accurate and complete information about their project; (b) deliver the rewards promised on the indicated dates; (c) keep contributors informed about the project's progress; (d) comply with the legislation applicable to their activity. fund2start is not a guarantor of project delivery: only the creator is responsible.

6. fund2start's status

fund2start acts as a collection agent on behalf of project creators and is not a payment service provider within the meaning of the French Monetary and Financial Code. Payment processing is provided by VIVID Money. fund2start does not have PSP status and is not subject to ACPR authorization.

7. Personal data
